Provides an ongoing 50% discount on Seattle City Light (electric) and Seattle Public Utilities (water) bills. Applicants must be the primary account holder on the Seattle City Light (electric) account.
Seattle Public Utilities’ Emergency Assistance Program (SPU-EAP)

Provides one-time per year, payment assistance toward a past due Seattle Public Utilities (water) bill of $300 or more.
HomeWise

Provides home weatherization services for homeowners living in the Seattle City limits. Renters may also be eligible but the property owner must contact HomeWise directly.
